FOMO's Chocolate Custard Bombolone is a pillowy Italian-style doughnut, fried till golden and rolled in fine sugar while it's still warm. Inside sits a generous core of silky, hand-made chocolate custard — rich, dark and deliberately not-too-sweet.

Soft on the outside, molten-dark at the centre. One is rarely enough, which is rather the point.
