Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how FOMO Bakery ships orders placed at fomobakery.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Where we ship

We ship across India by default.

For international orders (special occasions, large gift orders), please email support@fomobakery.com in advance. We will confirm availability, shipping costs, delivery timeline, and applicable terms before your order is placed. International orders are accepted at FOMO Bakery's sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to additional charges, customs duties, and conditions quoted at the time of order. Any duties, taxes, or charges imposed at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement. We do not bake or ship on Sundays or national holidays; orders placed on or close to a non-working day may be delayed accordingly.

Delivery time (domestic)

  • Within Bangalore: typically 1–3 business days from dispatch.
  • Outside Bangalore (rest of India): typically 3–8 business days from dispatch.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FOMO Bakery is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, regulatory or customs checks, address issues, public holidays, or any event outside our reasonable control.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and order size, and may change at any time without notice. For unusually large orders, remote destinations, or any case where the actual shipping cost is materially higher than the amount calculated at checkout, we may contact you to confirm or adjust the shipping charges before processing your order.

Order tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address on file once your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and to be available to receive your delivery.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. FOMO Bakery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or inaccessible address that you provided. Any costs of re-shipping or returns caused by an inaccurate or undeliverable address are payable by you.

Failed delivery, refusal, and missed pickups

If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive the package, the address is inaccessible, the package is refused, or the carrier is unable to complete delivery for any reason within its control, the carrier may attempt redelivery (per the carrier's own policies) or return the package to us.

For perishable items, returned packages are typically not resaleable on arrival back to us. In that case, the order is forfeit and no refund is owed. Where re-shipping is possible, new shipping fees and any reasonable handling charges are payable by you.

Risk of loss

Once we have handed the products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. FOMO Bakery is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier accepts the package, except as expressly provided for damaged-in-transit items in our Refund Policy.

Damaged in transit

If an item arrives damaged or in unacceptable condition, follow the damaged-in-transit process in our Refund Policy — contact us at support@fomobakery.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photo evidence. FOMO Bakery will then determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Force majeure

FOMO Bakery is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of shipping or delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, civil unrest, war, strikes or labour disputes, transport disruptions, regulatory or government action, or carrier failures.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately when posted to fomobakery.com.
