Refund policy

Thank you for choosing FOMO Bakery. We bake every cookie fresh, and we want every order to land with you in great shape.

What we can return

Gift cards are eligible for return and full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed. Reach out to us and we'll process the refund to your original payment method.

What we cannot return

All baked goods, cookies, cruffins, and other perishable items are non-returnable. In line with standard food-safety practice across the industry, perishable food cannot be accepted back once it has left our kitchen. This protects every customer's food safety and is consistent with how reputable food and bakery brands operate.

Sale items are also non-returnable.

If something went wrong with your order

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (damaged packaging, wrong item, quality concern)
  • A brief description of what happened

Reach us at support@fomobakery.com. We'll respond within 1 business day and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

How to request a return (gift cards only)

  1. Email support@fomobakery.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  3. We'll verify the gift card has not been redeemed and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged-in-transit support (perishables)

If perishable items arrive damaged or in unacceptable condition, the damaged-in-transit support process above (48-hour window, photo evidence) applies. This is not a return — it's a quality guarantee, and we stand behind every bag.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full before they enter production. Once we've started baking, we can no longer cancel (perishability and ingredient cost). Reach out as soon as possible at support@fomobakery.com if you need to cancel.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank or card processor timelines may add 2–5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
